Refunds and Replacements

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for customized items unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. If you experience any issues with your order, please don’t hesitate to contact us, and we’ll do our best to make it right.

Reporting an Issue

To initiate a refund or replacement request, please email us at service@mytinytreasure.com within 14 days of receiving your item. Include the following details:

  • Your order number.

  • Clear photos of the item showing the damage or defect (if applicable).

  • A description of the issue.

Our team will review your request promptly and provide guidance on the next steps.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds and replacements will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Personalized items with errors due to incorrect information provided by the customer (e.g., misspelled names, incorrect dates).

  • Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.

  • General dissatisfaction with personalized items that were crafted according to the order specifications.

Processing Refunds

If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at service@mytinytreasure.com. Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, production may have started, and we will be unable to cancel the order.
